🌟 P3 Performing Arts – Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At P3 Performing Arts, we want every student to feel happy and confident in their classes. That’s why we offer trial sessions before you commit to a full term. This ensures that you and your child can make the best decision without any pressure.

🗓 Before Term Starts

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first class of term are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of term may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit towards a future term.

🎭 Once Term Has Begun

Once the term has started, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as places have already been allocated and running costs committed.
However, in the case of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will always do our best to support you.

📌 Missed Sessions

If you know in advance that your child will be absent from one or more sessions in the term, we will refund the cost of that session in full provided we are given at least 14 days’ notice.
Refunds cannot be given for absences notified with fewer than 14 days’ notice.

👨‍👩‍👧 Trials

P3 Stage School (ages 7–18): We offer a free first trial session and the option of a second trial session for £20 (at any date of your choosing).
P3 Toddlers (ages 3–6): We offer a £5 paid trial session, giving little ones the chance to try us out before committing to a term.

👯 Sibling Discount

For families enrolling in P3 Stage School (ages 7–18), we also offer 50% off fees for siblings.

We’re a small, family-run school and truly value your support. Our policies are designed to keep things fair and sustainable for everyone, while making sure your child has every chance to thrive at P3 Performing Arts.
