  • Contact parents/guardians about classes, absences, or emergencies
  • Keep students safe (e.g. allergy or medical information)
  • Process payments for classes
  • Share updates, newsletters, and term information (you can opt out at any time)
  • Promote P3 Performing Arts (only if you’ve given photo/video consent)

3. How do we store your information?

  • All data is stored securely in password-protected systems.
  • Paper forms (if used) are stored safely and destroyed once transferred digitally.

  • We keep your details for as long as your child is enrolled at P3 Performing Arts.
